Pune: Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Medikabazaar and United Imaging.

This collaboration, marked by a ₹300 crore investment, is set to establish over 30 advanced imaging centers in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across India, bringing cutting-edge diagnostic solutions to underserved areas.

This initiative, one of the largest collaborations in India's diagnostics sector, aims to bridge the healthcare access gap in semi-urban and rural regions. It will focus on expanding the availability of advanced radiology imaging, enhancing patient care and diagnosis, particularly in areas where such services are limited.

Through this partnership, Krsnaa Diagnostics will leverage advanced imaging technologies provided by Medikabazaar and United Imaging to expand its presence in smaller towns and rural areas.

Rajendra Mutha, Chairman of Krsnaa Diagnostics said, "This collaboration not only helps us expand into underserved areas but also enables us to offer world-class imaging services at competitive prices.

The special terms offered by United Imaging, structured by Medikabazaar, speak to the trust they have in our operational expertise and leadership in this sector."

The creation of these imaging centers will help address the growing demand for high-quality diagnostics in smaller towns and cities.

This partnership will also complement ongoing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects across various parts of India, ensuring that the benefits of this investment reach those most in need.

Dinesh Lodha, Group CEO at Medikabazaar, said, "This collaboration unites two of India’s largest players in the medical supply and diagnostics sectors, and is set to revolutionize healthcare access by providing timely and affordable advanced healthcare to underserved populations."
