Pune: Mauji Time Café has launched its second outlet in Nagpur following its first branch in Pune. Mauji brings its unique community-centric concept to Maharashtra’s third-largest city, creating a space where patrons pay for the time they spend while enjoying complimentary beverages.

The café’s Nagpur branch, which opened its doors in October, aims to replicate the success of its Pune counterpart by fostering a community-driven environment.

With the introduction of region-specific events, such as art exhibitions, workshops, and pop-up markets, the Nagpur location will reflect the city’s vibrant spirit.

Nagpur’s emerging creative and entrepreneurial community makes it an ideal setting for Mauji’s expansion. As the city grows into a hub for freelancers and business professionals, the new café offers a space for like-minded individuals to share ideas, collaborate, and inspire one another.

Founder Vandita Purohit expressed her excitement about the expansion, stating, “Nagpur is my hometown, so this expansion holds deep personal meaning. We are excited to bring the Mauji experience to this city, creating a space for the community to connect and thrive.”

The Nagpur outlet’s design retains Mauji’s signature creative and relaxed ambiance while incorporating local cultural elements, providing a distinctive experience for visitors. The open-concept space features collaborative work areas and event spaces, encouraging free expression and creativity.

Looking ahead, Mauji’s long-term goal is to establish a network of community-focused spaces across India. With further expansion plans already in motion, the team is focused on refining their operational strategies to enhance future growth.

In addition to the regular café offerings, the Nagpur branch will serve as a venue for workshops, panel discussions, and community-focused events, designed to engage and inspire local residents.

The café will also provide a productive space for remote workers and entrepreneurs, fostering collaboration and networking opportunities in a dynamic environment.
