T-Series enters Guinness World Records

The YouTube channel of Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series has crossed 100 million subscribers and has also entered the Guinness World Records.

T- Series has become the first You-Tube channel to surpass 100 million subscribers on the platform. 

According to sources, the achievement beats the record holder Pewdiepie, a Swedish video game reviewer known for his popularity and comedy sketches on the video site. He was also the first YouTuber to reach 50 million subscribers.

“After transforming T-Series into one of the leading production houses of India by launching new talents with music albums, Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series has now led the music company to reach the top making the country proud by crossing 100 million subscribers and becoming world’s biggest YouTube channel,” read a statement. 

The production house has several interesting projects lined up including — Bharat, Saaho, Street Dancer, Kabir Singh, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Batla House, Marjaavaan, amongst others.
