Following the monumental success of Maharashtra's blockbuster "Sarsenapati Hambirrao," Urvita Productions is gearing up to unveil another big-budget cinematic spectacle: "Dharmarakshak Mahavir Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj."

This highly anticipated film, which will be released in two parts, is set to make its debut across India on November 15, 2024. The excitement surrounding the film was heightened with the release of the first poster, which confirmed that Thakur Anup Singh will portray the legendary Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.

Fans are already buzzing with curiosity about which other talented actors will join the cast.

In a delightful surprise on the auspicious occasion of Navratri, the film's poster revealed that the acclaimed actress Amruta Khanvilkar will take on the role of Maharani Yesubai Bhosale.

The striking poster features evocative lines such as "Shiv Smaruni, Asura Marduni," alongside a stunning image of Amruta dressed in a vibrant yellow saree, embodying the grace of Marathi culture while gazing devotedly at a Shivling.

This pivotal role allows her to shine in a significant historical narrative, making it a highlight for audiences.

Produced by Urvita Productions and presented by Sandeep Ragunathrao Mohitepatil, the film boasts an impressive lineup of producers, including Shekhar Ragunathrao Mohitepatil, Saujanya Suryakantji Nikam, Dharmendra Subhashji Bora, and Ketanraje Nileshrao Bhosale.

The directorial helm is in the capable hands of Tushar Vijayrao Shelare, while the story and screenplay are crafted by Sandeep Ragunathrao Mohitepatil and Dr. Sudhir Nikam.
