The award season kicked-off with the 78th Golden Globe Awards. The ceremony, in a first-of-its-kind award function, the bigwigs of the Tinseltown attended virtually! One of the most glamorous events of the year set an example of social distancing with actresses Tina Fey and Amy Poehler emceeing from opposite coasts - New York and Los Angeles.
Even though the stars are used to facing the cameras and recorders, most struggled with the awkwardness of being on a zoom call! Despite all the awkwardness and controversies – about nominations and the fact that there was not one black journalist in the Hollywood Foreign Press Association team – the awards were quite interesting.
