Even though two days have passed since the grand finale of "Bigg Boss Marathi Season 5" on Colors Marathi, the conversations surrounding it show no signs of slowing down.

One contestant who has caught everyone’s attention is Jahnavi Killekar, who made it to the final but missed out on the winner’s title. In a candid interview with "Sakal Premier," Jahnavi opened up about her experience in the Bigg Boss house, the mistakes she made, and the crucial moment when she decided to take the ₹9 lakh bag instead of fighting for the trophy.

Jahnavi admitted that her early missteps in the game may have cost her the title. "Had I not made those mistakes, I am 100% confident that I would have won the trophy. I believe I deserved it, but those errors I made inside the house were significant. My journey started off on the wrong foot," Jahnavi confessed.

Throughout the interview, Jahnavi reflected on her mindset when she entered the house. She had mentally prepared herself for the challenges, knowing that people would talk behind her back and criticize her. However, she acknowledged that things spiraled beyond her control.

"I didn’t go in with any preconceived notions about who was big or small in the game. I never intended to create issues, but certain situations grew out of proportion. I miscalculated a lot," she added.

One of the most talked-about moments from the finale was Jahnavi’s decision to take the ₹9 lakh bag, a move that many saw as her opting out of the race for the top spot.

She explained her thought process behind that choice: "Before I picked up the bag, I was conflicted. I knew I might get trolled, and that there were already many misconceptions about me. I didn’t want to make things worse. But then I thought practically.

I knew who the top 3 were, and if I finished fourth, no one would remember me. Maharashtra had already titled me as Task Queen, so I wanted to finish the game with that in mind.

When the prize was increased to ₹9 lakh, I expected someone else to step forward, but no one did. At that moment, I felt that taking the money was the right choice because I had invested so much in the show."

Jahnavi Killekar has been a familiar face on Marathi television, having worked in popular serials like "Aai Majhi Kalubai," "Jai Jai Swami Samarth," and "Bhagya Dile Tu Mala." She is known for portraying strong negative roles, and her performance in Bigg Boss has only added to her popularity.
