Ankita Walawalkar, one of the standout contestants from Bigg Boss Marathi Season 5, charmed viewers with her signature Konkani flair. As a core member of Team B, many fans hoped she would take home the winner’s trophy.

However, Suraj Chavan was ultimately crowned the champion of the season. Despite not winning, Ankita has expressed happiness for Suraj's victory and is focusing on her personal life, including her upcoming wedding.

In a recent interaction with fans, Ankita teased a major announcement regarding her fiancé. When a fan eagerly asked, “Who is your 'GHO' (husband)?

Now that Bigg Boss is over, I’m really excited to know,” Ankita playfully replied with a cryptic date: “12th October.” Her response has sparked excitement among her followers, as it indicates that she will officially introduce her soon-to-be husband on that date.

This isn’t the first time Ankita has spoken about her upcoming wedding. In a recent interview with Loksatta, she shared some intriguing details about her marriage plans.

Ankita revealed, “You will soon find out who this Konkan-hearted boy is. Before February, all of Maharashtra will know who my fiancé is. We plan to have the wedding in Konkan, followed by a reception in Mumbai.”

While inside the Bigg Boss house, Ankita had dropped hints about her relationship, disclosing that her fiancé is a lyricist. She also shared how they first met during a TV program, and their friendship soon grew into something deeper.

With October 12 fast approaching, Ankita’s fans are eagerly waiting to find out more about her fiancé and the upcoming wedding plans.
