Pune: In a recent revelation, popular Hindi television actor Kushal Tandon confirmed that he is in a relationship with actress Shivangi Joshi, known for her role in the hit show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.'

The actor, who has been the subject of dating rumors for quite some time, finally opened up about his relationship status during an interview with Times of India.

Kushal expressed his happiness, stating that his parents have now stopped their search for a bride.

“I’m not planning to get married immediately, but yes, I am in love. We are moving ahead slowly,” he shared. Addressing the question of when marriage might be on the cards, he added, “My mother wants to see me settled. If she had her way, she would arrange the wedding today. But for now, the good news is that my parents have paused their search.”

The romance between Kushal and Shivangi began while they were working together on the television series Barsaaten - Mausam Pyaar Ka.

Although Kushal has confirmed their relationship, Shivangi has yet to publicly acknowledge it. Fans, who have been eagerly anticipating this update for the past year, are excited to see the couple's journey unfold.

Previously, Kushal was in a relationship with actress Gauhar Khan, with whom he appeared on Bigg Boss Season 7. Their relationship faced opposition from their families due to religious differences, which is believed to have led to their breakup.
