Bigg Boss 18 has finally premiered on Colors TV, bringing with it a fresh set of 18 contestants and a surprise guest who has already sparked excitement among viewers.

Leading up to the show’s launch, there was a great deal of speculation about who would join the Bigg Boss house this season. Many expected popular celebrities like Shoaib Ibrahim and Nia Sharma to be part of the lineup, but neither of them made an appearance, leaving fans both shocked and disappointed.

Nia Sharma, who was heavily rumored to join the show, took to social media after the premiere to express her thoughts and apologize to her fans.

"To the fans and followers who I might have disappointed, I want to say I am overwhelmed by the love, support, and attention you’ve given me. It made me want to return to the Bigg Boss house once again.

This whole experience has made me realize what I’ve achieved in the past 14 years, and I’m enjoying all the fame and discussions around me. But please, don’t accuse me of something I never intended,” Nia shared in her heartfelt post.

There had been widespread rumors for weeks that Nia would be entering Bigg Boss 18. Even Khatron Ke Khiladi host Rohit Shetty had asked her about it, but she had firmly declined, stating that she no longer wished to be a part of Bigg Boss.

Despite her statement, fans continued to speculate about her participation, which only heightened the buzz around her possible entry.

In addition to Nia, several other celebrity names like Shoaib Ibrahim, Meera Jagannath, Karan Patel, Shizan Khan, Dolly Chaiwala, and Divyanka Tripathi were rumored to join the Bigg Boss house.

However, as the show kicked off, the actual lineup of contestants turned out to be different, with some lesser-known faces making their debut in the house.

This season, the Bigg Boss house features an exciting new theme where contestants will get glimpses of both their past and future, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the gameplay. With twists and turns expected at every corner, viewers are eagerly waiting to see how the dynamics of the house will evolve.
