Sankarshan Karhade, a beloved figure in the Marathi entertainment industry, is known for staying connected with his fans not only through his performances but also via social media.

His latest video, which has been gaining traction online, sees him sharing a special memory about fellow actor Amey Wagh. The video comes in anticipation of Amey's upcoming film, "Like Aani Subscribe", which is set to release on October 18.

In his light-hearted and humorous style, Sankarshan reflected on his friendship with Amey. In a video posted on his Instagram, Sankarshan teased that while he considers Amey a friend, he's not sure if the feeling is entirely mutual, comparing their relationship to a man bragging about being acquainted with a famous politician – only to have his wife humorously burst his bubble.

But the highlight of Sankarshan’s story was a memory of seeing Amey perform live in two plays, Dalan and Geli 21 Varsha (21 Years Gone), at Prithvi Theatre in Juhu.

According to Sankarshan, Amey's performance left a lasting impression on him, turning him into a true fan. "Since then, I have subscribed to him in my heart," Sankarshan said with admiration.

Sankarshan also mentioned that the upcoming film Like Aani Subscribe features another of his close friends, Amruta Khanvilkar.

He affectionately referred to her as his "reel friend from real life," creating buzz among fans eager to see their chemistry on screen.

Both Sankarshan and Amruta are currently serving as judges on the popular TV show Drama Juniors. Their camaraderie and humorous antics on and off the screen have won them a legion of fans.

Sankarshan, who is also celebrated for his theatrical performances and poetic talents, continues to be a favorite among Marathi audiences.
