The police have registered a case against five individuals, including the woman herself. The incidents took place on Thursday, July 4th, at the Popale Mangal Karyalaya in Alandi and at Wagholi in Khed Taluka.
The complaint was filed by Rahul Dasharath Kanse, 37, a resident of Triveni Nagar, Talwade, originally from Bhandvali, Satara. He reported the fraud to the Alandi police station on Friday, July 5th.
