At this time, Dr. Sabnis said, "This awakening of world-class literature is a reminder of India's brotherhood. Earlier, I had inaugurated a literary meet in Cambodia and Thailand. I am happy to now have the privilege of inaugurating the conference in Dubai. My role is one of conscience, of goodness, and I will try to present it more effectively on a global scale."
