Assembly Elections: NCP Appoints Observers to Assess Constituency Situations in Pune

This initiative also includes the appointment of observers from other constituencies within the assembly constituency.

Pune: In preparation for the forthcoming assembly elections, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has made significant appointments of party observers and coordinators for various constituencies in Pune district.

Pradeep Garatkar, the district president, has directed the appointed individuals to promptly visit their respective constituencies and engage with local leaders to assess the political landscape.

This initiative also includes the appointment of observers from other constituencies within the assembly constituency, with the objective of conveying the specific conditions of each constituency to the party's senior leadership.

The following is the list of party observers assigned to each constituency:

  • Indapur: Yogesh Jagtap (Baramati)

  • Baramati: Balasaheb Patil (Bori Indapur)

  • Daund: Bharat Khaire (Baramati)

  • Purandar: Nandu Kalbhor (Fursangi)

  • Bhor-Velha-Mulshi: Pravin Shinde

  • Maval: Sunil Chandere (Mulshi)

  • Junnar: Digambar Durgade (Purandar)

  • Ambegaon: Sanjay Kale (Junnar)

  • Shirur-Haveli: Sachin Ghotkule and Pooja Butte Patil

  • Khed: Subhash Jadhav (Wadgaon Maval)

  • Khadakwasla: Bhagwan Pasalkar (Rajgad Velhe)

The appointments are part of a strategic move to strengthen the party's presence and effectiveness in the upcoming elections by ensuring that local issues and dynamics are communicated effectively to the party leadership.

Recently, NCP National President Ajit Pawar announced the appointment of senior leader Yogesh Behl as the new Pimpri-Chinchwad City District President on Monday (October 7) evening.

The announcement was made during a crucial meeting held at Baramati, attended by Parth Pawar, where discussions centered around the Pimpri and Chinchwad assembly constituencies ahead of the upcoming state elections.
