The exact cause of the dispute is still unclear, but the builder’s aggressive actions have raised concerns about safety and law enforcement in the area.

The incident came to light when journalist Saurabh Koratkar shared footage of the builder’s actions on his social media account, ‘X.’

In his post, Koratkar described how the builder, identified by locals as Yashwant Nimhan, attacked the residents, swore at them in front of women and children, and threatened them with violence.
