Over 500 participants, including heart condition survivors, hospital staff, doctors, and local community members, joined the event.

The walkathon aimed to encourage individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles, with a focus on regular physical activity. Speaking at the event, Dr. Abhijit Joshi emphasized the significance of observing World Heart Day as a reminder to care for one's heart.

"This day highlights the need to take small but meaningful steps, such as walking, to enhance our overall health and quality of life," Dr. Joshi said, praising the involvement of participants from diverse backgrounds.
