BMVSS Indore Organizes Free Artificial Limb Fitment Camp in Pune

Pune: The Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti (BMVSS) Indore Centre, in collaboration with Pinnacle Industries, is set to host a seven-day free artificial limb fitment camp in Pune, starting from September 24 to 30, 2024.

This camp is expected to provide life-changing support to over 400 beneficiaries by offering artificial limbs, calipers, crutches, and other assistive devices at no cost.

Sponsored by Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd. as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, the initiative is also supported by the Innerwheel Club of Khadki 313, the Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Sarvajanik Ganapati Trust, and Suvarnayug Tarun Mandal. 

These organizations, known for their community service and welfare programs, are playing a key role in ensuring the camp's success.

Arihant Mehta, President of Pinnacle Industries, emphasized the transformative nature of the initiative, stating, "We are honored to be part of this effort, helping individuals regain their mobility and dignity.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to empowering lives and fostering hope for a better future."

The camp, which is open to all, will have expert technicians and dedicated volunteers on-site to provide personalized care, ensuring that each beneficiary receives high-quality artificial limbs and other mobility aids. 

Special focus is given to individuals from economically weaker sections of society, offering much-needed assistance to enhance their quality of life.

Beneficiaries can register at the camp’s venue for immediate assistance. This initiative highlights Pinnacle Industries' and Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd.'s commitment to social responsibility and inclusivity, positively impacting the lives of those in need.
