Pune: A gruesome case of murder has surfaced in the Hingne Mala area near Hadapsar, where the body of an unidentified young man, believed to be between 30 and 35 years old, was discovered stuffed in a box near a canal.

The man’s hands and legs were tied, and the box was dumped in an open area close to the canal, sending shockwaves across the local community.

The box was first noticed by residents in the Hingne Mala area on Friday (October 11) evening.

Suspicious of its contents, they alerted the local authorities. Soon after, a team from the Hadapsar police station arrived at the scene to investigate. Upon opening the box, they found the young man’s lifeless body with his limbs bound.
