Pune: A heart-stopping moment turned to relief when firefighters found a boy, who was unresponsive to his father’s calls, peacefully sleeping inside their Pimpri Chinchwad home.
The father, who had been unable to get a response from his 12-year-old son for over an hour, contacted the fire brigade department. Firefighters swiftly arrived at Yashomangal Society on Pimpri Chinchwad Link Road, accessed the house through the balcony from the terrace, and found the boy asleep.
Fire Department's Swift Response
The incident was reported to the fire department at 5:31 PM on Monday evening. Fire engines from both the main headquarters and the Thergaon Fire Substation promptly arrived at the scene.
Firefighters descended from the terrace to the balcony, cut a latch to enter the house, and discovered the boy asleep. They woke him and unlocked the main door, bringing relief to his anxious father.
