Pune: In a spirited display of national pride, Capgemini India organized a series of Independence Day walkathons, drawing participation from over 6,000 employees across the country.

The events, held in various office locations, were more than just a celebration—they served as a powerful reminder of the unity and collective strength of the company’s workforce.

Leading the charge were key figures from Capgemini India’s leadership team, including CEO Ashwin Yardi, CHRO Aarti Srivastava, Group Chief Responsibility Officer Sarika Naik, and COO Sanjay Chalke.

Clad in vibrant tricolour attire, they marched alongside employees, creating a striking visual of solidarity and patriotism.

The atmosphere was electric, with patriotic songs filling the air and employees enthusiastically chanting slogans that resonated with the spirit of freedom. The walkathons were not just about physical activity but also a symbolic gesture of walking together towards a common goal, much like the country’s journey towards independence.

In addition to the walkathons, Capgemini India engaged its employees with a variety of creative contests. These included digital art, reels, and quizzes, all centered around the theme of independence.

The contests aimed to foster a sense of camaraderie and interactive celebration, allowing employees to express their creativity while reflecting on the significance of the day.

This Independence Day, Capgemini India’s celebrations were not just about looking back at the country’s history but also about coming together to build a stronger, more united future.
