CCTV Captures Fatal Incident as Worker Crushed Between Tempos in Daund

One tempo was moving within the yard while another suddenly began reversing.

Pune: A tragic accident at Anmol Agro Industries in Khamgaon, Daund Taluka, claimed the life of a worker after he was crushed between two tempos.

The horrifying incident, which occurred within the company premises, was captured on CCTV, providing a chilling account of the accident.

According to the CCTV footage, one tempo was moving within the yard while another suddenly began reversing. In a tragic twist of events, the worker found himself caught between the two vehicles.

He was fatally crushed on the spot, while two other workers who were in the vicinity managed to escape unharmed.

The video clearly shows three individuals walking through the area. As one tempo reversed unexpectedly, the other remained stationary.

While two of the workers managed to move out of harm’s way, the third worker was not as fortunate and got trapped between the vehicles. As the tempo moved forward, the worker collapsed to the ground.

Despite being immediately transported to the hospital, the worker was pronounced dead on arrival. Authorities have since registered a case at the local police station, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
