The Indrayani river bank had been crowded since four o'clock. There was a huge crowd of North Indian women for worship as there was a wide two-way ghat and plenty of water for Indrayani.

They offered cane sticks, various fruits and flowers and offered prayers. He then offered an offering to the sun. Fireworks were burst at the pier.
The number of North Indians in Alandi is relatively small.

However, women from villages and municipal limits in the area were in Alandi for puja. After the puja, there were empty, broken cracker papers lying on the ghat. There was a pile of flowers in the river.
