The vote counting for the Daund Assembly constituency was conducted today at the Nagar Mori Government Grain Warehouse on the Daund-Ahilyanagar National Highway.

By midday, as Rahul Kul secured a substantial lead, his supporters erupted in celebrations. Nagar Mori Chowk became a hub of activity, with blaring music and enthusiastic supporters.

Amidst the celebration, 62-year-old Ankush alias Balasaheb Ramrao Bhosale collapsed after suffering a severe heart attack.

He was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Daund city by those present, but despite efforts, he could not be saved. Bhosale is survived by his wife, son, daughter, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren.
