Deadline for Submission of 10th Exam Applications Extended

Students' applications can be filled up by November 30 along with late fees.

Pune: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has extended the deadline for submission of online applications for class 10 board exams to be held in February-March 2025 with regular fees till November 19.

Students' applications can be filled up by November 30 along with late fees. Regular students who want to appear for class 10 exams will have to fill the exam forms online through their school heads through a simple database.

Also, the application forms of re-examinees, private students who have received enrolment certificates, students who want to enter under the grade improvement scheme and minor subjects, transfer of credit subjects through Industrial Training Institute (ITI) were to be filled online through their school heads through the website 'www.mahahsscboard.in' by November 5. The deadline for filing these forms has now been extended.

Secondary schools will have to pay the examination fee through RTGS and submit the list of students along with the receipt to the prelisted divisional board by December 4, the state board said.

All secondary schools are required to fill the appropriate information about the school, institution, recognized subject, teacher in the school profile before filling the application forms and send it to the board.

After filling and submitting the applications of all the students, the pre-list will be made available in the login of the secondary schools during the period of filling the application.

Secondary schools should take out a copy of it and verify all the information mentioned in the application through the students and ensure that it is accurate. Similarly, the state board has directed that the principal sign each page of the prelist with a stamp.

Since the applications for class 10 exams will be accepted online, students should fill the forms through their secondary school. The dates for submission of applications will not be extended for late fee.

In a press release, State Board Secretary Devidas Kulal said that the dates for submission of applications at the very late fee will be announced at the earliest.
