Farmers Worried over Shortage of Onion Plants

The seeds had germinated in the nursery in the field. In the meantime, the rain damaged these sprouts. Plants were cut off. It is not possible to fill this gap now. Farmers say that even spraying it is of no use.

The plants are showing an outbreak of worms. In the coming days, there will be a shortage of saplings and farmers will face problems in planting onions.
