The event was inaugurated by N. B. Hulle, Deputy Director of GHRCEM, alongside Dr. Vaibhav Hendre, Dean of Academics, and Dr. N. U. Korde.

Each donor was honored with a certificate of appreciation, a concession coupon for one unit of blood valid for a year, and a special appreciation badge. Refreshments were provided to all donors and volunteers as a token of gratitude.

The blood donation camp attracted significant interest, with over 500 visitors attending the event.

To complement the camp, a poster competition was organized for students, which received approximately 65 creative entries. Three winners were chosen, adding an extra element of excitement to the day’s activities.

Dr. R. D. Kharadkar, Campus Director of GHRCEM, praised the initiative and extended his thanks to the organizers, including Dr. Vandana Dureja, Dean of First Year B.Tech, and Kamal Ukey, NSS Coordinator, for their dedication.

Dr. Kharadkar also acknowledged the efforts of all Heads of Departments, faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students who contributed to the event’s success.
