Pune: The Goran Grosskopf Family Clinic in Pune celebrated its 13th anniversary with a special event, where Padma Shri awardee Leela Poonawala emphasized the importance of mutual support between partners for a happy life.

Poonawala highlighted that while love is important, education, career, and financial independence should also be prioritized. She urged young people to support and cooperate with their partners to build a fulfilling life together.

The 13th anniversary of the prestigious Goran Grosskopf Family Clinic, under the Family Planning Association of India, was celebrated with a special event at the Birgitta Grosskopf Hall near Ved Bhavan, Chandni Chowk.

Padma Shri awardee Leela Poonawala was the chief guest, while actress Gautami Deshpande graced the occasion with her special presence. The event was also attended by the clinic's president, Freny Tarapore, vice president Geetanjali Deshpande, and project manager Archana Sasane.

Dr. Vaishali Deshmukh guided the attendees on the topic "Is This Love?" while Milind Deshpande shared his thoughts on "Travel and Personality Development."

Freny Tarapore narrated her experiences through "Words of Experience," and vice president Geetanjali Deshpande provided insights into the clinic's journey.

Speaking on the topic "The Journey to Achieving Goals," actress Gautami Deshpande said, "The new generation now has the option to experiment with their careers at any stage of life. It is never too late to pursue anything. There are many successful examples around us of people who have taken different career paths at different stages of life. Therefore, one should not be confined by age limits and should explore new options.

However, managing addictions like social media and other pressures while maintaining mental health is a big challenge for today's generation. It is also important for the younger generation to communicate with their parents about their problems and thoughts."
