Pune: In Baramati, the determination and resilience of several young individuals from humble backgrounds have shone through as they successfully cleared the police recruitment examination. Despite facing challenging circumstances, they have turned their dreams into reality.

Manisha Gorakh Narale from Sadobachiwadi has been selected as a constable in the Kolhapur police force. Coming from a hardworking family with limited means, Manisha lost her father during her school years.

Her mother, Asha Narale, supported the family through sewing work, ensuring that Manisha and her siblings received an education. Manisha balanced her studies with a part-time job at a mall, preparing for the police recruitment exam.

Despite her frail health leading to a low score in the physical test, she excelled in the written examination, securing her place in the force.

Omkar Sanjay Lakde, the son of a sugar worker from Prathamkhandobachiwadi, has been recruited into the Navi Mumbai police force. Omkar ranked first in the nomadic tribe category despite battling illness during the physical test.

Another inspiring story is that of Dhananjay Tukaram Dagade from Malwadi, near Someshwar Devasthan. Dhananjay, who lost his father ten years ago, was raised by his mother, who managed the family farm while educating her sons. He has now joined the State Reserve Police Force in Pune.

Suresh Kiran Kale, hailing from a family where both his sisters are already serving in the police force, has now joined the Satara district police. His journey from being a driver’s son to becoming the third police officer in his family is a testament to his determination and hard work.
