The wholesale flower market in the Market Yard witnessed heavy crowds on Sunday as people rushed to purchase flowers for the festival, which will be celebrated on Monday, August 26.

Gokulashtami is celebrated with great enthusiasm in various temples, leading to a high demand for flowers for decoration and worship. On Monday, the supply of flowers is expected to increase. Farmers from Pune, Satara, and Solapur districts have sent flowers for sale, Bhosale said. T
