Pune: The continuous shutdown of the MahaOnline server has caused significant delays in issuing thousands of certificates to students and beneficiaries for nearly a month.

The operators of Maha-e-Seva centers and Aaple Sarkar service centers in Junnar taluka are facing intense dissatisfaction from applicants. The server has been down since July 10, with only brief periods of operation on July 25 and 27, resulting in a backlog of caste and non-creamy layer certificates at the district office.

Following the 10th and 12th-grade exam results, students urgently needed certificates for further admissions and applied at nearby Maha-e-Seva and Aaple Sarkar centers.

However, the failure to receive these certificates within the deadline has raised fears of missing out on educational admissions. Parents are calling for an extension of the admission deadlines in Pune district to accommodate the delays.

The online submission of applications is experiencing significant delays. Thousands of essential certificates, including caste, income, EWS, hill tribe, and smallholder certificates, are pending in Junnar taluka.

The unresolved server issues are causing major disruptions in certificate issuance. As the government’s deadline for issuing certificates has passed, the continued outage has left center operators and Tehsil employees helpless. Students and parents are urgently calling for a swift resolution to the server problem.
