Pune: In a show of massive support, Manoj Jarange Patil's peace rally received an overwhelming reception at Katraj Chowk.

Thousands of Marathas, including a significant number of women, gathered to welcome the leader, with flowers being showered upon him from JCBs and cranes.

The rally was a demonstration of the community’s unity, particularly in response to recent perceived insults against them. Addressing the crowd, Jarange Patil lauded the unity shown by Pune's Marathas, urging them to continue supporting the fight for reservation.

He took a firm stance against those who he believes have underestimated the strength of the Maratha community, particularly in Mumbai. "We have the remedy for arrogance," he declared, vowing to press forward regardless of the cost.

The rally, which saw participation from across Katraj and surrounding areas, was marked by high energy, with chants of "One Maratha, One Lakh Marathas" resonating throughout.

Despite health challenges, Jarange Patil's resolve was unwavering as he addressed the crowd, who had gathered in large numbers since early morning.
