Paranjape Schemes Launches Sustainable Redevelopment Project Under ARYS

Pune: Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd has launched ARYS, a new sustainable redevelopment brand that promises to set a benchmark in eco-friendly urban living.

Building on its legacy of delivering quality housing projects, the company is now focusing on sustainable redevelopment in Pune, combining modern technology with traditional architectural values.

With nearly 100 successful redevelopment projects already completed in key areas such as Prabhat Road, Model Colony, Bhandarkar Road, and Law College Road, Paranjape Schemes is bringing its expertise to rejuvenate urban spaces while minimizing environmental impact.

The flagship Sahil project, currently under construction on Prabhat Road, is a six-story tower offering a blend of old-world charm with minimalist design.

Certified by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), the project features 3-bedroom residences that offer a luxurious, eco-conscious lifestyle.

The building integrates various sustainable elements, such as solar PV panels, solar water heating systems, high-SRI terrace paint, energy monitoring systems, and water-efficient plumbing fixtures.

Residents will also benefit from green housekeeping practices and separate waste bins for wet and dry waste disposal.

Additional amenities at the Sahil project include a grand entrance lobby, landscaped terrace, and multilevel car parking, catering to the modern needs of urban dwellers while keeping sustainability at the forefront.

Shashank Paranjape, Managing Director of Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd., said, "We are excited to embark on this new journey with ARYS.

Sustainable redevelopment provides a great opportunity to revitalize aging structures while maintaining low environmental impact and preserving the character of our beloved neighborhoods.

Our focus remains on delivering homes that reflect our commitment to quality construction, timely delivery, and eco-friendly living."
