Pune Porsche Accident: Minor submits 300-word essay to Juvenile Justice Board

Juvenile suspect has submitted 300-word essay to Juvenile Justice Board. The process for implementing other aspects of the sentence has also started.

Pune: The implementation of the sentence given by the Juvenile Court in the Pune Porsche car accident case has commenced.

The juvenile offender, responsible for the death of two individuals in the accident, has been required to write a 300-word essay. The process for implementing other aspects of the sentence has also started.

In Kalyani Nagar, Pune, a minor driving a high-speed Porsche car fatally struck two people. The tragic accident resulted in the deaths of two engineers.

Following the incident, the juvenile's affluent family allegedly engaged in multiple unlawful activities to save him, including tampering with his blood sample and presenting incorrect reports in court. To date, the police have arrested the juvenile's grandfather, father, and mother in connection with the case.

Subsequently, the Juvenile Justice Board ordered the minor, who caused the deaths with his luxury Porsche, to write a 300-word essay as part of his sentence.

Additionally, he was instructed to undergo counseling to manage any addictions and to work with traffic police on traffic management duties.

In compliance with the court's order, the juvenile has submitted the 300-word essay to the Juvenile Justice Board. The process of fulfilling other conditions, such as participating in counseling sessions and working with the Regional Transport Office (RTO) to study traffic regulations, is also underway.
