Sakal Natya Mahotsav: A Three-Day Festival Featuring Sankarshan Karhade’s Plays

A special discount is available for audiences purchasing tickets for all three days of the festival.

Pune: The Sakal Media Group is gearing up to present the ‘Sakal Natya Mahotsav’ from November 15 to 17, offering theater enthusiasts an exclusive opportunity to witness some of the best works by the celebrated writer, director, and actor Sankarshan Karhade.

The three-day theater festival, organized to mark the 32nd anniversary of the Sakal Pimpri office, will be held at the Prof. Ramkrishna More Auditorium in Chinchwad.

Designed as a treat for audiences seeking both relaxation and quality family time, the festival is set to feature a mix of drama, music, and conversation.

This year’s edition is themed around Karhade’s works, with three distinct performances lined up. The event will commence on November 15 with Karhade's much-lauded play Niyam Va Ati Lagu.

On November 16, audiences can enjoy Tu Mhanashil Tas!, while the festival will conclude on November 17 with Sankarshan Via Spruha, a unique event combining music and conversation, featuring Karhade and his collaborators.

A special discount is available for audiences purchasing tickets for all three days of the festival, allowing theater lovers to experience a continuous stream of entertainment at a reduced rate.

Ticket reservations for the festival have opened, with seats available through the BookMyShow website and app.
