Saturdays Set for Grievance Redressal with Pune Police

The Grievance Redressal sessions will be held from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM every Saturday and will be addressed by jurisdictional DCP, ACP, or PI.

Pune: Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar has announced that Grievance Redressal Day (GRD) will be conducted every Saturday, starting from July 6.

The Grievance Redressal sessions will be held from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM every Saturday. During these sessions, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), or in their absence, Senior Police Inspectors from the respective jurisdictions will be available to address citizen grievances.

According to a statement released by the Pune Police, DCP rank officers will be present at the following police stations every Saturday:

  • Zone 1 DCP: Khadak Police Station

  • Zone 2 DCP: Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station

  • Zone 3 DCP: Sinhagad Road Police Station

  • Zone 4 DCP: Yerawada Police Station

  • Zone 5 DCP: Kondhwa Police Station

ACPs will be available for grievance redressal at the following police stations every Saturday:

  • Faraskhana Division: Samarth Police Station

  • Vishrambaug Division: Vishrambaug Police Station

  • Cantonment Division: Bund Garden Police Station

  • Swargate Division: Sahakar Nagar Police Station

  • Kothrud Division: Warje Malwadi Police Station

  • Sinhagad Road Division: Parvati Police Station

  • Khadki Division: Chatuhshrungi Police Station

  • Yerawada Division: Lonikand Police Station

  • Hadapsar Division: Hadapsar Police Station

  • Wanawadi Division: Wanawadi Police Station

Citizens who have filed complaints but have not yet resolved their issues, or who have any other grievances, are encouraged to attend the Grievances Redressal Day at the concerned police station.
