Sunil Kamble Files Nomination for Pune Cantonment Assembly Constituency

Ahead of submitting his nomination, Kamble visited Bhavanimata Temple, where he performed an aarti as a mark of respect and tradition.

Pune: Sunil Kamble, the BJP-Mahayuti candidate for Pune Cantonment constituency 214, officially filed his nomination for the upcoming elections.

Marking this event with a grand show of support, Kamble was joined by a large assembly of party leaders, supporters, and citizens from the Cantonment area, underscoring the backing he has within the constituency.

The nomination event was attended by high-profile BJP leaders, including Union Minister of State for Cooperation and Civil Aviation Murlidhar Mohol, State Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil, and Dilip Bhau Kamble, the former State Minister and state president of BJP’s Scheduled Caste Morcha.

Local leaders such as Shiv Sena city chief Pramod Nana Bhangire, BJP city general secretary Mahesh Punde, former corporators Umesh Gaikwad and Kiran Mantri, and other prominent figures like Dhanraj Ghogare, Ganesh Bidkar, Vivek Yadav, Manisha Tai Ladkat, and Priyanka Tai Shrigiri were also present, along with enthusiastic Mahayuti workers and Cantonment residents.

Ahead of submitting his nomination, Kamble visited Bhavanimata Temple, where he performed an aarti as a mark of respect and tradition. Following this, he led a rally that moved through Bhavani Peth, Old Motor Stand, and Pawar House Chowk, ending at Narpatgiri Chowk.

From there, Kamble proceeded to the Election Officer’s office at Bandhkam Bhavan to formally submit his nomination papers.

Expressing his gratitude to the BJP leadership, Kamble stated, “The party has entrusted me with this responsibility once again, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone.

The developmental work carried out in the constituency over the past five years, combined with the trust that voters have shown in me, gives me full confidence that I will be re-elected with a strong mandate.”
