Wadgaon Sheri: MLA Sunil Tingre has sent a notice to senior leader Sharad Pawar, saying he will be dragged to court if he talks about the Porsche car accident in Kalyaninagar.

"So now I will not rest until justice is served to the young man and woman who died in this accident. You were behind those criminals," Supriya Sule said at an election rally here.

Sule was addressing a rally in Yerawada to campaign for Maha Vikas Aghadi's Wadgaon Sheri assembly constituency candidate Bapusaheb Pathare.

Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat, Shiv Sena leader Sushma Andhare, Pathare and various office-bearers of maha vikas aghadi (MVA) allies were present on the occasion.

Sule said, "Sharad Pawar, who signed the AB form for the last elections and handed it over to Sunil Tingre. He is the one who has sent a notice to Pawar today. If you dare, drag it to court."

Shiv Sena leader Sushma Andhare said, "There is a problem of women's safety and law and order across the state. Phadnis called the red constitution a Naxal. It is an insult to Babasaheb Ambedkar."

Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat also appealed to the people to elect maha vikas aghadi candidates. In today's meeting, former corporator Hanif Sheikh, former corporator Ayub Sheikh, Farzana Sheikh and MNS office-bearer Sadiq Shaikh joined NCP Sharad Chandra Pawar party.
