While the entire city participated in the festivities, one moment from the immersion procession caught everyone's attention and quickly became a viral sensation on social media.
In a video making rounds online, an elderly woman, believed to be over 60 years old, is seen dancing energetically on top of a moving tractor during the Ganesh immersion procession.
The event took place in Tilak Chowk, where various mandals were celebrating the immersion of their idols. The elderly woman danced to the tune of the popular Bollywood song, "Tum To Dhokebaz Ho..." in front of a mandal's DJ setup.
Although she initially stumbled while climbing the tractor, she soon regained her footing and resumed her lively dance. Onlookers, including men and women of all ages, cheered her on and encouraged her, making the moment even more special.
The woman's dance not only entertained the crowd but also became a symbol of the unifying spirit of Ganeshotsav, where people from all walks of life come together in celebration.
