Pune: An art exhibition showcasing the creative works of 32 amateur female artists will be held at the Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagruha art gallery in Kothrud from Friday, October 4 to Sunday, October 6.

The event, organized by the fitness-focused "Walk It Out, Talk It Out" group on Facebook, promises to be a colorful display of over 250 artworks, ranging across various themes and styles.

The exhibition will be inaugurated at 11 a.m. on Friday, with mountaineer Suvidha Kadlag, known for her successful ascent of Mount Everest, serving as the chief guest.

The exhibition will remain open to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for all three days, offering art enthusiasts an opportunity to appreciate the talent of these women artists.

In addition to the visual feast of paintings, there will be live demonstrations by prominent artists, showcasing their techniques in real-time to inspire and educate visitors. The participating women artists will also be eligible for awards, aimed at encouraging and recognizing their creative efforts.

The event has been organized under the banner of "Walk It Out, Talk It Out," a group that connects over 22,000 fitness lovers across Maharashtra through morning walks and discussions.

This initiative was spearheaded by Neha Yewale, the founder of the group, with support from co-organizers Shilpa Churi, Shruti Sahasrabuddhe, Reshma Burse, Jayant Inamdar, Sandeep Nahar, and Sudhir Shinde.

What makes this exhibition even more meaningful is that the proceeds from the sale of the exhibited paintings will be donated to social causes, allowing art to make a positive impact on the community.

The exhibition promises to be a unique blend of creativity, philanthropy, and community spirit.
