WB Elections 2021: Two opinion polls predict a victory for Mamata-led TMC

According to the ABP News-CNX pre-poll survey, TMC will be forming a government in the state, and Times Now-C voter pre-poll survey says TMC will manage to win the West Bengal Assembly election 2021.

The Times Now-C voter survey and ABP News-CNX survey on Monday predicted a narrow victory for Trinamool Congress (TMC) in West Bengal Assembly elections.

According to Times Now-C voter pre-poll survey. TMC is expected to see a dip in its seat share and the party will manage to win the state with as many as 154 seats while BJP is expected to win 107 seats, a huge jump from 3 seats in the 2016 elections. The Congress-Left alliance is predicted to win just 33 seats.

As far as the votes share is concern, C voter has predicted that TMC will get 42.2 per cent vote share whereas BJP will bag 37.5 per cent voter share and Congress-Left alliance will get 14.8 per cent vote share.

According to the ABP News-CNX pre-poll survey, TMC will be forming a government in the state and has predicted that the Mamata-led party will win 154-164 seats while BJP which was ahead in their first opinion poll is likely to win 102-112 seats. The Left-Congress alliance will get 22-30 seats.

As far as vote share is concerned, TMC is likely to get a 41.52 per cent vote share and BJP is expected to see a vote share 34 per cent vote share. The Left-Congress alliance will see a huge dip in their vote share and is likely to get a 19.66 per cent vote share.

The West Bengal assembly elections will take place in eight phases starting from March 27. Results will be declared on May 2.
