AIT holds ‘InNerve’ hackathon

PUNE: A two-phase hackathon ‘InNerve - Nerve to Innovate’ was organised recently at Army Institute of Technology (AIT) in Pune with a 24-hour implementation phase concluding on October 6-7. 

The fourth edition of InNerve, which carried a prize money of Rs 6 lakh, organised by the Open Source Software Club of Army Institute of Technology, witnessed registrations from 263 teams from across the country. Top 16 teams were selected for the second round. 

The chief guests for the event were Maj Gen Pritam Bishnoi, VSM and Varun Jain, CEO of UdChalo. 

The first prize was of Rs 1 lakh, second prize of Rs 50,000 and total consolation prizes worth Rs 10,000 with goodies and gifts were up for grabs. 

This year, the first position was bagged by team AI Fanatics from IIT ISM Dhanbad and SuperHackers from HMRITM, Delhi, were the first runners up. 

Apart from these, two consolation prizes were given to Phoenix from WCOE, Sangli and SANM from DYPL, Pune. 

Other prizes for the best idea, best UI/UX, best tech stack, etc, were also handed out. 

The event’s title sponsors were UdChalo and co-sponsors were Accops.
