Pune: The Aranha’s Rosary School, Viman Nagar, held the investiture ceremony on July 14 in which 26 student leaders took the oath to dedicate themselves to serving the school in the session 2017-18.

The opening ceremony of the Investiture began by welcoming the Chief Guest Rev Fr Santosh Salve with an RSP parade, followed by the lighting of the torch and the salute.

The new Council marched up the aisle and onto the stage. The newly elected leaders, who were brimming with confidence to shoulder the newly assigned duties, were inducted with a line yard and badges. The Head boy and the Head girl administered the oath.

The Chief Guest felicitated the meritorious SSC students of academic year 2016-17.

Rev Fr Santosh Salve appreciated the efforts of the school in providing the right platform to the students to think out of the box and break the stereotyped way of thinking.

He also encouraged them to think beyond their own selves and steer the country to the pedestal where it truly belongs.

An energetic and message filled song and dance was performed by the students of Class VII and VIII respectively to motivate the newly commissioned prefects.
