Six months back in 2020 Australia’s fiery all-rounder Glenn Maxwell didn’t have the best of times in the Indian Premier League (IPL) played in UAE. He failed to hit a single six in the entire tournament. However, bearing in mind his astounding skill with the bat in hand, he was expected to be a player to watch out for in the auction on Thursday.
The all-rounder despite of poor form last year was picked up by Royal Challengers Bangalore for whopping Rs 14.25 crore. It is projected that Maxwell’s appointment will suit up for the RCB in the next season.
