Much to the excitement of Apple enthusiasts, the tech giant has announced its first event of the year. Rumoured to launch the new iMacs, a new iPad Pro with a mini LED display, AirPods 3 and Apple TV, the event is scheduled to take place virtually on April 20. This event comes into light shortly after Apple's voice assistant Siri, let the cat out of the bag! However, it didn't out any further news other than directing users onto the official website.

Titled 'Spring Loaded', the invite doesn't give out a lot of information about the event. It portrays a multi-colour logo of the company, depicting spring along with the date and time.

According to speculations, several users previously predicted the launch of its new line-up of iPad Pro. However, this year, Apple is inclined to launch 11- and 12.9-inch models of its tablets. The tech giant is also looking to roll out iOS 14.5 on the same day. It is also presumed by several that AirPods will ultimately get the AirPods Pro-esque design -- that will include shorter stems and replaceable ear tips.

Apple has turned to virtual events this year, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, the tech giant unveiled its flagship iPhone 12 series and the Apple Watch on similar lines in 2020. Apple plans to live-stream the‌ event on its website and in the ‌Apple TV‌ app during its kick-off at 10:00 AM Pacific Time on April 20. Users who want to watch the same can tune into its official YouTube channel or its website that will also be broadcasting the event live.
