Pune: Garuda Aerospace has obtained two major certifications from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
These include the Delta Type certification for manufacturing and the 'Train the Trainer' approval for its Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO), cementing Garuda’s role as a trailblazer in drone production and training within the country.
The Delta Type certification for manufacturing affirms Garuda Aerospace’s compliance with DGCA’s stringent quality and safety standards, endorsing the company’s ability to design, manufacture, and maintain drones with a high level of safety assurance.
This certification is a pivotal requirement for drone manufacturers operating in India, ensuring product safety and reliability.

This approval positions Garuda as a key contributor to the development of a skilled drone workforce in India, bolstering the drone industry’s growth and promoting safer, more standardized practices.
