Pune: Omnia Technologies has entered into a strategic Joint Venture with Economy Process Solutions, to create a Centre of Excellence in Pune, which will focus on producing and distributing machinery and complete plants to serve the growing Indian market.
Omnia Technologies, headquartered in Treviso, Italy, boasts a consolidated turnover exceeding €700 million, operating with 37 production sites and 24 commercial offices globally.
The company’s portfolio includes a range of well-established brands such as Della Toffola, Bertolaso, TMCI Padovan, and Frilli, among others. This venture with Economy Process Solutions further strengthens Omnia's footprint in the Indian market.
Economy Process Solutions, headquartered in Mumbai with manufacturing facilities in Chakan, Pune, has been a partner of Omnia Technologies for nearly three decades.
The company has been instrumental in promoting the Della Toffola brand in India since 1996, initially with brewery filtration units before expanding into the winery and filtration markets, where Della Toffola has become a market leader.
The Joint Venture will leverage Omnia Technologies' technological leadership and Economy Process Solutions' deep knowledge of the Indian market.
The Centre of Excellence in Pune will focus on delivering advanced solutions for the beverage, pharmaceutical, and dairy sectors, customized for Indian customers.

The Joint Venture will officially debut at Drink Technology India 2024, an industry event held in Mumbai from October 23-25, ahead of its full launch in December 2024.
