Pune: Indian Construction Machinery, an authorized dealership of Tata Hitachi, has inaugurated a cutting-edge integrated facility in Pune to serve customers in both the Pune and Ahmednagar regions.

The state-of-the-art facility was inaugurated by Sandeep Singh, Managing Director of Tata Hitachi, in a formal ceremony today. The new center is designed to be a one-stop solution for customers, providing easy access to essential services and parts, and is aimed at reducing machine downtime and improving customer service.

Singh emphasized the company’s commitment to ensuring top-quality service. “This integrated facility is a crucial milestone in our ongoing efforts to provide timely, world-class service and parts support to our customers. It enhances our ability to meet customer needs faster and more efficiently,” he said.

Indian Construction Machinery Pvt. Ltd. will manage the operations of the new facility. Located in Lonikand, Pune, the facility is equipped to handle full machine overhauls, including engine repairs, hydraulic maintenance, and structural welding.
