Pune: Sonalika Tractors has recorded its highest-ever domestic year-to-date (YTD) sales of 63,136 tractors, positioning itself as one of the key leaders in the Indian tractor industry.

This achievement includes a 7X growth compared to the industry's overall performance, underscoring the brand’s continued success in providing innovative and farmer-centric solutions in the world’s largest tractor market.

Sonalika's ability to swiftly deliver customised tractors, designed to meet the specific needs of farmers and ensure plentiful harvests, has cemented its place in over 1.7 million farming households.

The brand’s focus on advancing farm mechanisation also aligns with the Indian government's emphasis on leveraging technology to increase agricultural productivity.

In line with this objective, Sonalika recently introduced its annual ‘Sonalika Heavy Duty Dhamaka’ offer, aimed at supporting farmers in adopting modern farming technologies at optimal prices and ensuring success throughout all seasons.

Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director of International Tractors Limited, remarked, “Every farmer has unique requirements, and our approach to creating tailored farm solutions is deeply embedded in our company’s ethos.

This distinct strategy has enabled us to record our highest domestic YTD sales of 63,136 tractors, while consistently gaining market share. The impressive 7X growth over industry performance further confirms that optimised farm technologies are quickly becoming a central focus for the farming community.”

Mittal also highlighted Sonalika's role in India's manufacturing sector, stating, “The completion of a decade of the ‘Make-in-India’ initiative has drawn global attention to India’s quality manufacturing capabilities, and we are proud to lead as the No. 1 tractor export brand. The government’s recent push towards agricultural technology adoption aligns perfectly with our commitment to increasing productivity through farm mechanisation.”
