Bollywood actress Vidya Balan who is currently shooting for her upcoming film Sherni in Madhya Pradesh is facing a problem from the state Minister Vijay Shah.
It is reported that the cast and crew of the film is not permitted to continue the shooting in the state. As per the reports, Vijay Shah allegedly stopped the shooting of the film after the Bollywood actress turned down his invitation for dinner. However, Vijay Shah has denied any such report.
According to news agency ANI, “Vehicles of the production team of actor Vidya Balan's upcoming movie were allegedly stopped from entering a forest for shooting. As per various media reports, it happened a day after the actor turned down Madhya Pradesh Minister Vijay Shah's invitation for dinner.”
It was reported that the Minister had asked the 41-year-old actor to have dinner with him but the actor turned down the request after which the minister halted the shooting permit.
Meanwhile, Vijay Shah was quoted by ANI as saying, “Was there(Balaghat)on request from those who took permission for shoot & requested me for lunch/dinner. I said not possible now, I'll meet them when I go to Maharashtra. Lunch/dinner was cancelled, shoot wasn't.”
