In a recent interview with India TV, Vivek spoke about his college days when he was entirely focused on academics, business ventures, and the stock market.
His rigorous schedule left little room for romantic relationships. However, his first experience with love left a lasting mark. Vivek shared that he lost his first love to cancer during his childhood, and that loss made it extremely difficult for him to enter a serious relationship afterward.
The actor further revealed that because of the emotional trauma from his past, he opted for casual relationships for a long time, fearing another heartbreak.
Despite these choices, Vivek emphasized that he has always been honest in his relationships. He said, "When I loved, I loved wholeheartedly, and I never deceived anyone. I’ve always been transparent in my relationships."
Vivek also mentioned that when he got married, many of his ex-girlfriends attended the ceremony, reflecting the good terms he continues to maintain with them. He married Priyanka Alva in 2010 in an arranged marriage, and the couple is blessed with two children.
