Pune: Prajyoti Bapurao Bobade, the daughter of a newspaper vendor from Nirwangi, has achieved her father’s dream by passing the Chartered Accountant (CA) examination. The Bobade family, who have been newspaper vendors for many years, also runs a grocery store at the bus stand.
Prajyoti's primary education was at the Zilla Parishad School in Nirwangi, and she completed her secondary education at Padmabhushan Vasantdada Secondary School in Nirwangi and NES High School in Nimsakhar. Her higher education was pursued at Vishwasrao Ransing College in Kalamb.
From the beginning, Prajyoti aspired to become a Chartered Accountant. She never gave up on her determination and perseverance. In 2019, she passed the CA Foundation examination and cleared the Intermediate examination in 2020. After completing a three-year internship, she successfully passed the CA Final examination in 2024, fulfilling her father's dream.
Her father, Bapurao Bobade, passed away on April 1, 2022, which left Prajyoti disheartened. She considered abandoning her education but decided to persevere and complete the CA examination in honor of her father's dream.
The Bobade family in Nirwangi leads a simple life. Due to limited agricultural land, Vijaya Bobade had to manage the family's expenses through newspaper sales and their shop. She provided invaluable support to Prajyoti in achieving her dream. Prajyoti's younger sister, Sanjyoti, and brother, Aviraj, also helped.
Due to their modest financial situation, Prajyoti worked as a newspaper vendor in the shop while pursuing her education until the 12th grade. She also worked in the shop after school hours.
